The Buffalo Bills may be looking to make a few trades before the NFL trade deadline on October 31 at 4 p.m. ET.
However, the team is reportedly focusing on one specific position. In the article regarding AthleteDianna Russini reported that the Bills are scanning the market for a defenseman.

The Baltimore Ravens are looking to add a running back, the Cleveland Browns are looking to add a receiver, and the Buffalo Bills are scanning the cornerback market. Washington’s leadership is listening to offers for Chase Young and Montez Sweat. They want a second-rounder but have only received offers from the third round.
Buffalo’s interest in the cornerback position shouldn’t be a surprise. The team lost TreDavious White for the year due to an Achilles tendon injury earlier in the season. Christian Benford and Dane Jackson, the current starting cornerbacks, have struggled at times this season, with both missing playing time due to injuries. In terms of depth behind the starters, the team includes Kaiir Elam, Siran Neal and Cam Lewis. Elam, the team’s first-round pick in the 2022 draft, was a solid piece on Thursday Night Football and may be moved at the deadline because he doesn’t fit Buffalo’s defensive scheme. The matter was reported by Jeremy Fowler, ESPN that teams are interested in taking over Elam. Elam’s move could be contingent on the Bills acquiring a defenseman at the deadline.
After Sunday’s games, many teams will have a better idea of whether they are buyers or sellers at the deadline. Depending on who becomes available, Buffalo may be able to strike a deal with a new cornerback at the deadline.
