Anirudh brings over 16 years of specialist experience in advising both international and domestic clients on a variety of contentious and non-litigious employment law matters. As part of his broader commercial law consulting practice, he also advises on general corporate law issues.
Before joining Kochhar & Co. Anirudh was a senior director at Lumiere Law Partners, an independent member firm of the EY Law network, where he successfully led the network’s employment law practice in India. Prior to his latest role, Anirudh was associated with another leading law firm advising on the legal aspects of recruitment, employee lifecycle risk management, separation, policy development, staff restructuring and compliance.
Anirudh has played a key role in developing and implementing codes of conduct and related employment policies for a wide range of clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. With his multi-faceted and cross-sector experience in handling complex commercial transactions and restructurings, Anirudh brings deep domain knowledge and understanding businesses to provide clients with pragmatic and commercial legal solutions.
